QUALITY

Our chocolates are made in house, by hand. Sometimes we are sold out of an item and are working to replenish our stock. For large orders, please give us plenty of lead time. Making candy by hand takes time and we would never want to sacrifice quality by rushing the process.

SHIPPING

We take pride in offering beautifully presented chocolates with flavor and quality being our top priority.  Therefore certain shipping requirements will be in place to support that the quality of the product arrives at your destination the same as if it were picked up from our kitchen.

To ensure this quality we use insulated shipping boxes, and frozen gel packs during the warm months. UPS Ground is our primary means of shipping from October-May. When shipping during warm weather periods (May-September) or to warm destinations (over 72°F/22°C) we ship via UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day. If you choose Next Day shipping we will send you a quote which you may choose to accept or reject. If you reject the quote, we will refund your order.

All shipments are sent Monday - Wednesday with a cutoff of 11am (EST).  This is to ensure that packages are not stuck in a warehouse over the course of a weekend. Good Good Chocolates is not able to ship to PO Boxes and we suggest someone is there to receive a package when it arrives.

Good Good Chocolates is not responsible for heat damage, theft, or any other damage caused by the shipper, or caused by packages being delivered to an unoccupied address in which the resident is not present upon delivery and the package is left outside. Good Good Chocolates is also not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS due to circumstances beyond our control. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for delayed or returned shipments due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses (such as a PO Box). We generally cannot reship returned packages because the product is often no longer in sellable condition due to excessive temperature exposure, or other potential damage. If you notice that you have made an error please contact us immediately at 773/621-1684 to see if we can fix it.
